The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for helping BHARS recruit, organize, support, and retain volunteers.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to volunteer inquiries
Helping match volunteers with appropriate opportunities
Maintaining volunteer information
Coordinating schedules
Communicating organizational needs
Ensure volunteers understand their responsibilities and available resources
The Coordinator also helps create a positive volunteer experience and recognizes that volunteers are essential to the success of BHARS.
