The Medical Coordinator helps oversee the medical needs of animals in BHARS care and serves as an important communication link between foster caregivers, veterinary professionals, and the organization’s leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating veterinary appointments
Maintaining medical records
Tracking vaccinations, medications, procedures, diagnostics, and follow-up care
Ensure that animals receive appropriate veterinary attention in a timely manner
This role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and a commitment to animal welfare.
