The Education Coordinator develops and supports educational initiatives related to animal welfare, responsible pet ownership, rescue, adoption, community animal-care resources, and other topics relevant to BHARS’s mission.
Responsibilities include:
Developing educational materials
Coordinating presentations and community education opportunities
Supporting outreach programs
Identifying ways BHARS can share accurate and useful animal-welfare information with the public
This role helps BHARS go beyond rescue and adoption by promoting knowledge, prevention, responsible ownership, and stronger relationships between people and animals.
